Witcher 3: Wild Hunt experience ‘should be identical’ on PS4, Xbox One, and PC

CD Projekt RED has acknowledged that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will have some subtle differences between the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions, but assured the "experience should be identical" regardless of platform.

"It depends on the hardware differences," senior level designer Peter Gelencser reasoned for any possible differences between the versions. "The individual little tid-bits might be different of course because they are different hardware. That is the point of it. Of course we are trying and aiming to provide the same awesome experience  to everyone, with no compromises."

Developers and publishers alike have been noncommittal when it comes to picking a clear winner between the two next-gen consoles. Tech specs and hardware have been analyzed by many, but until we actually see the games side-by-side, no one really knows for sure which will look or perform better.
