Wreck-It Ralph game teaser shows absolutely nothing

Activision has released a teaser trailer for their new video game, Wreck-It Ralph, based on the upcoming Disney animated film set to release this November. For those unfamiliar, Wreck-It Ralph is the story of a video game "villain" from an old arcade classic who sets off an an adventure across various games after he decides he's tired of playing the role of a bad guy.

Wreck-It Ralph the video game, from Activision, expands upon that story, picking up where the movie leaves off. The game is being described as a "classic arcade video game with a whole new modern look and feel", although you won't get any of that from the trailer. The teaser is sadly only 23 seconds in length and features absolutely no gameplay footage.

It's more like an announcement trailer which is really sad because I'm really looking forward to both the movie and the video game. Activision has released some details about the game:

As a threatening Cy-bug invasion breaks out, you get to team up with Fix-It Felix and travel through action-packed puzzles and missions to save their arcade home once again. Get ready for some serious ground and pound in the Wreck-It Ralph videogame!

Wreck-It Ralph the game has is coming October 30, 2012, exclusively on the Wii, Nintendo 3DS, and DS. With story campaign and two-player co-op on the Wii platform, players can switch between Ralph and Felix to solve action-packed puzzles and collect "Hero Medals".
