Despite a lackluster summer for retail gaming, Xbox LIVE has been steaming with excellent titles through the “Summer of Arcade” event that’s bolstered several of the promotion’s games to the top of the latest Xbox LIVE activity list for arcade games. Unfortunately, the top LIVE titles have remained vastly the same. The only real interesting, and concerning, position on the chart is NCAA Football 13 coming in 16 when EA’s fall lineup weighs heavily on the title and Madden.
