At San Diego Comic-Con this week, Microsoft unveiled a brand new Xbox One Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Bundle.
Available for pre-order today ($349.99) and launching on August 25, the new bundle includes an Xbox One 500GB Console, an Xbox One Wireless Controller featuring a 3.5mm stereo headset jack, a full digital game download of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, early access to the 2016 Gears of War 4 Multiplayer Beta, the Superstar Cole multiplayer skin, and a 14-day Xbox Live trial.
In addition to unveiling the new console, The Coalition also shared a behind-the-scenes video providing insight on the development of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition. The first of a nine part series, gives an inside look at how each cinematic moment of the first Gears game was recreated for Xbox One.
Gears of War: Ultimate Edition is set for release on Xbox One on August 25, and then for PC sometime after that. The game is being completely rebuilt from the ground up in 1080p, with 60FPS competitive multiplayer on 19 maps across six game modes.
