Xbox One gets price cut ahead of Xbox Spring Sale

Microsoft revealed the Xbox Spring Sale dates towards the beginning of March, announcing that between the dates of March 20th and March 28th Xbox games would be available at 40% to 60% off the retail price. In addition to that, Xbox LIVE Gold members will be saving an extra 10% on top of the discounted price.

A new announcement from Microsoft regarding the sale has revealed that the Xbox one will also been seeing a price cut during the sale. The console will be available for $50 off, making it $299 for the standard 500GB Xbox One package.

Additional Xbox One bundles, including the Xbox One Tom Clancy’s The Division Bundle, the Xbox One 500GB Name Your Game Bundle which allows you to choose one of four games, and the Xbox One Special Edition Quantum Break Bundle will also be $50 their base price starting March 20th.

The Xbox Spring Sale will discount over 150 games, like Fallout 4, Halo 5, Black Ops III, Far Cry Primal, Rainbow 6 Siege and will cut the price of several backwards compatibility games such as Fallout 3 and Just Cause 2.

The sale will also feature PC games, movies and TV shows.
