Microsoft has been talking about adding a Gifting feature to the Xbox Store for a while now. Last month, select Xbox Insiders were able to test the feature out, but it looks like the feature will be available to even more Xbox Insiders today!
According to the Corporate Vice President of Xbox and Windows, Mike Ybarra, more Xbox Insiders will be seeing the Gifting feature in the preview soon and there are more features on the way.
