Xbox One price drops to $300

Microsoft is gearing up for their big presence at E3 by dropping the price on their console, the Xbox One. The price for the console has bounced from $500 to $400 to $300 and all the way back to $400. The new price is $50 cheaper than the previous price making it $300. Since Microsoft is constantly changing their price, it's unclear if this is the new permanent price or a timed price cut.

If you have an extra $20 you can get a 1TB Xbox One with an extra controller and FIVE games. Yeah, five. While four (Halo 5: Guardians, Rare Replay, Ori and the Blind Forest and Gears of War: Ultimate Edition) of the five games are chosen for you, you have the choice of adding Watch Dogs, Assassins Creed: Unity, The Crew, or Just Dance 2016.

So if you're in the market for a new console, now is the time to jump on board! Microsoft already has quite a few games coming this year such as Gears of War 4, Cuphead, Halo Wars 2, and more than likely a Forza game. However, it should be noted that many credible rumors are pointing towards the announcement of a new Xbox One model that is significantly more powerful than the current model.

Holding out until after E3 2016 might be a wise decision with all the rumors floating around.
