Perhaps it's the rarity of a white Xbox One, or maybe it's the attractive price tag thanks to a temporary $50 holiday price cut — whatever the reason, Microsoft's Xbox One Sunset Overdrive bundle is pretty much sold out everywhere.
Microsoft frontman Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb first hinted last week that the limited run bundle was selling out at retailers; however, at that time it was still possible to find one at some stores. Now, it looks like the bundle is completely sold out — even at Walmart where it was previously in stock.
A quick search across various retailer websites shows that the Sunset Overdrive Bundle is now sold out online at Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop and Walmart; however, it's possible your local brick-and-mortar store may still have one in stock. Hryb's suggestion should you see one of these rare bundles still available? "Grab it."
The Xbox One Sunset Overdrive bundle was already priced at an attractive $399, but I'm sure the additional $50 price cut helped encourage more players to go out and buy one. At this point, it's unclear what Microsoft plans to do in terms of restocking the bundle or offering the white Xbox One as a standalone option. We've reached out for comment, though.
