For the second time in as many weeks, Xbox One users are experiencing problems with Xbox LIVE — particularly with downloading items that have already been purchased. This is actually the same issue that affected Xbox One owners last week — preventing players from accessing content from the Atlas Digital Content Pack for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.
"We're aware of the situation and our team is hard at work trying to get everything straightened out," Microsoft support said via the official Xbox LIVE status page.
The Atlas Digital Content Pack — a collection of Atlas Corporation-themed digital content — is included with various special editions of Advanced Warfare and offers players the following in-game items:
