Xbox Store details Dragon Age: Inquisition ‘Jaws of Hakkon’ DLC

Electronic Arts hasn't yet officially revealed the details of Dragon Age: Inquisition's new single-player DLC, Jaws of Hakkon, but thanks to the Xbox store page we don't need them to.

"Discover the fate of the last Inquisitor and the powerful dragon he hunted. Enter an overgrown wilderness filled with Avvar, fiercely independent hunters who settled in the southern mountains of Thedas. Explore their culture to uncover what happened to the last Inquisitor and the dragon he pursued. Find an ancient Tevinter fortress that hides a dangerous secret. In this new adventure, playable within the Dragon Age: Inquisition campaign, you will face powerful foes, gain legendary armor and weapons, and confront an ancient god of war bent on destroying the world," the description reads.

The new DLC is said to add "a lost chapter in the history of the Inquisition," allowing players to discover "the ultimate fate of the last Inquisitor." A new area of Thedas, filled with lush forests and mountainous terrain, will open up for exploration. It seems like this might be home to the Avvar warriors which whom you can earn respect from by destroying an ancient cult.

A new trailer for the Jaws of Hakkon is supposed to drop today, but it appears Xbox One owners can purchase the DLC right now from the Xbox Store for $14.99.  The new DLC is also supposed to become available for PlayStation 4, but we don't yet have a release date. Hopefully that comes with a more official announcement today.
