Yoshi’s Wooly World available this Fall, special yarn amiibo available

Man, Yoshi's Wooly World is a gorgeous looking game. While we still have to wait quite a while until we get our hands on it, we did get some insight on some new modes in the game, as well as our first look at the very first yarn amiibo.

The game will have two difficulty levels, Standard and Mellow, which players will be able to freely choose between. The Standard mode will be your regular difficulty, offering some truly great platforming challenges. However, Mellow mode will give Yoshi a pair of wings, allowing players to freely fly around the level, making the challenge a lot easier.

The cooler announcement though, at least for those that like amiibo like myself, is the availability of a yarn Yoshi amiibo, which will be compatible with the game. By scanning him into the game, players will control both Yoshis, giving them the ability to perform special abilities.

Yoshi's Wooly World will be available this Fall, 2015.
