You can forever be remembered in Capcom’s Remember Me

Capcom is offering two separate promotions for fans to have their creations and personal images not only incorporate, but remembered forever in their upcoming sci-fi action title Remember Me, which is set to launch May 2013.

Remember Me is set in Neo-Paris 2084. Personal memories have become a real world commodity that can be bought, traded, and sold. The game follows an elite memory hunter, Nilin, who has had her memories wiped for a reason unknown to us; now she wants them back.

So, how can you have a role in designing the Remember Me universe? Capcom is already offering one opportunity for designers and creative thinkers to design a billboard ad that would be placed in the world as part of the vibrant backdrop of Neo-Paris. Contestants can visit "Adverts in 2084" where they will view the advertising briefs for five fictional companies. Once you select a company you are tasked with creating a billboard that promotes that brand to the citizens of Neo-Paris.

Now, onto the next initiative, which began yesterday and runs until November 29. With this one you simply submit images of your most cherished memories along with a short description of why this moment was so important to you. The images are chosen at random to be incorporated into the Memory Overload sequences, a result of successful completion of one of Nilin's signature attacks. More details regarding this promotion will be posted to the Remember Me Facebook page.

Earlier this month, at New York Comic Con, we got an in-depth look at Remember Me and came away very impressed. We look forward to its release on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC come May 2013.
