You can now pre-load Dying Light on Xbox One

Dying Light, one of the bigger titles releasing this month, is now available for digital pre-order and pre-loading on Xbox One. Although the game isn't due to release until January 27, pre-loading allows you to download the game ahead of time and install it, assuring that you can play it the second it unlocks at 12:01am ET on the 27th.

For those unfamiliar with the latest game from Techland, Dying Light is a first-person, action survival-horror that emphasizes parkour traversal through an urban environment that has been overrun by a vicious outbreak. One of the cooler aspects of Dying Light is how the game changes between day and night. During the day, the infected are more docile, allowing you the opportunity to scavenge for supplies. At night, though, the sh*t goes down. The infected become way more aggressive and the hunter becomes the hunted.

There are currently two versions of Dying Light available for pre-order – Dying Light and the Dying Light Ultimate Edition.
