If you're a PlayStation 4 owner, hopefully you made the most out of this weekend's First Look Alpha for Bungie's upcoming MMO shooter, Destiny. This weekend's Alpha test, which was made available only to PS4 owners ahead of next month's official beta, ends tonight. And with Beta not beginning until July 17, this marks the last time you'll be able to enjoy the game for quite some while.
Ready for some bad news now? The progress you made this weekend will not carry over into the beta. Bungie confirmed that Alpha characters will be wiped ahead of Beta, meaning you'll have to start from scratch.
Alpha characters will not survive the migration to Beta. Tonight's your chance to take that last portrait. Be brave. Thank them for playing.

I sort of expected this and hopefully you did too. It's rare that characters from Alpha ever carry over to the full game anyways. If you didn't get a chance to check out this weekend's Alpha, we've got some video coverage of it here.
