Telltale Games has revealed that they are working on a way to have your saves from The Walking Dead carry over to Season 2. Development on the sequel to last year's Game of the Year is still in the early concept phase, but a save import feature seems to be the primary focus as of right now.
In an interview on Red Bull's website, Telltale CEO and co-founder Dan Connors revealed, "Right now we are just starting to form the concept for season two. This all remains to be seen but we are definitely figuring out how to carry the saves over."
What exactly does this type of feature mean for the future of the series? Well, for one, it could indicate the primary character you'll be playing as. Anyone who has finished the game ***SPOILER*** already knows the sad fate of Lee Everett, whom you play as in Season One. With him dead, though, who else would know of your decisions? Clementine. There is a little bit of uncertainty in the two shadowy figures that she sees at the end. Is it Omid and Christa? If so, are they walkers?
There are plenty of questions that still need to be resolved and Season 2 of Telltale's The Walking Dead could easily do so — especially if you continue as Clementine.
The big question is do you want to play as Clementine? My answer: Only if she is as cool as Carl has become in the TV episodes of The Walking Dead.
