Zazie Beets gets cast as Domino in Deadpool 2

For many months, users have been speculating on who will fill the roles of the time traveler Cable and his lover Domino in the sequel to the massively successful superhero comedy, Deadpool. Rumors have been coming out saying it would be this person or that person, but now we have an official answer for who will be playing Domino.

Deadpool himself (Ryan Reynolds) revealed that Zazie Beetz from the FX show Atlanta will play the mutant by spelling out her name in dominoes. No details were revealed for her partner Cable but one can imagine they're closing in on him as they've had extensive meetings with a number of actors including Stranger Things actor David Harbour.

We got a small teaser for Deadpool 2 ahead of Logan which showed our favorite merc with a mouth spoofing Superman while the iconic John William's score played. It was also recently confirmed that Deadpool will star in a film adaptation of the X-Force. There's no release date for the movie, but it's expected to arrive in early 2018.
