Zelda, Pokémon, and Street Fighter as old-timey Disney cartoons

Your favorite games look damn good in black and white — like they were made by Walt Disney himself.

That's the effect that Red Little House Studios, the indie company that's making adventure game Fleish & Cherry in Crazy Hotel, accomplished when it created a series of mock-ups for its Indiegogo campaign. It reimagined The Legend of Zelda, Pokémon, Street Fighter, Trine, Monkey Island, and more as old-fashioned cartoons. There's even a link so you can download the collection of images.

The game, which is in need of a big funding push with only 57 hours to go, is "based on 1930s black and white cartoons that reverses the damsel in distress trope." You can also vote for Fleish & Cherry on Steam Greenlight.
