Undead Labs' zombie survival horror game State of Decay has a release date and price. In a GameStop listing obtained by IGN, State of Decay is scheduled to launch on June 5, with the price of the game at 1,600 Microsoft Points (about $20).
The studio said in their forums that there is no date yet, and that Microsoft has not yet told them the price. However, June 5 is the developer's launch date goal until the title passes certification.
In State of Decay, you weather a blend of action and survival-horror in an open-world sandbox that develops in real-time, shaped by your actions. You're also tasked with rebuilding. You and a bunch of AI survivors will decide where to set up your fortified safe haven. Then, you'll form raiding parties to get resources and supplies, which are used to develop the community in whatever ways you need.
