Ubisoft today announced that Assassin’s Creed, the latest title from the acclaimed [Ubisoft] Montreal studio, will launch on both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in early 2007.
In finally confirmed what was already common knowledge, Ubisoft has failed to answer whether the PS3 version would be getting a timed exclusive or any other such deal that would warrant the publisher’s steps to publicly deny the existence of the 360 version up until now.
Outside of this, Assassin’s Creed will feature high definition visuals and sound, as well as Xbox Achievements. Be sure to check back for more on the game as it breaks.
