Best Developer 2005

Why we chose it: They say “practice makes perfect”, and with developers like Nintendo, we’re starting to believe in that statement. Even though the Nintendo DS seemed like a gimmicky idea at first, the last six months have proved that Nintendo really knew what the whole concept of “new types of gameplay” was about. It’s funny that the same company that many of us doubted when the Nintendo DS was released, is the winner of our special “Best Developer of 2005” award. And we still haven’t even played the new Mario Bros. game.
