Check it Out: War of the Roses

Welcome to GameZone's newest show, Check it Out, where we spotlight awesome games, with your truly, Thomas Adams aka Vexytube.

This time we'll take a look at War of the Roses, which is a competitive, online multiplayer game, published by Paradox. The game is set in 15th century England. Two rival branches of the Royal House of Plantagenet – the house of Lancaster (the reds) and the house of York (the whites) – fight over the throne, and the player is thrown into the fray.

In true, team based fashion, you'll be able to select from a variety of classes to play as, ranging from Footman, Crossbowman, Longbowman or Footknight, each with various skills you'll be able to utilize on the battlefield.

The game also includes a leveling and customization mechanic, which helps you improve each class and also allows you to personalize your knights.
