Co-op Career Mode Confirmed for Guitar Hero III

The latest information on Guitar Hero III includes details on the difficulty level and multiplayer modes of the latest game in the franchise.

According to Neversoft, Guitar Hero III’s difficulty will range between the original Guitar Hero and II, which they hope will create a perfect balance between new and old players.

Friends will have to work together in order to complete the new co-op career mode which will feature the best two-player songs.

Another new multiplayer mode is “battle mode” which has two guitarists going against each other but how this differs from Guitar Hero II’s Pro Face-Off is currently unknown.

Guitar Hero 3 will be released for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii and PS2 this fall.
