Dark Souls II Playthrough Ep 7: Heide’s Tower & Old Dragonslayer

In the seventh of the series, Rei II and I go from Majula to Heide’s Tower of Flame. I love this area, I really do. It’s like if a really tall city just got completely flooded with water, is now occupied with stone giants, and for some reason easy bosses now reside in it. Kill or farm the giants (I suggest getting the Covetous Silver Serpent Ring first in Lost Bastille). Go left at the big circular room with the three giants to make your way towards the Cathedral of Blue. Lower the drawbridge and BAM, Old Dragonslayer. OR SHOULD I SAY DARK ORENSTEIN!? Yea, without Smough he nothing.
