Director Michael Bay Working on Next-gen Video Game

The Los Angeles Times reports today that director Michael Bay is supposedly developing a first-person shooter with a (high) budget of 25 Million. Development is being done at Digital Domain, the special-effects house best known for their work on the Gears of War Mad World commercial.

Bay has no previous experience in the video game industry, but he commented that: “I make world-class images,” Bay told the newspaper. “Why not put those images into a game?”

Additionally, the LA Times divulged that Digital Domain has plans to develop four or five games over the next two years.
