Twelve only appeared in Street Fighter 3 3rd Strike and is a alien human hybrid knock off and is one of my favorite characters being he is so unique. He ties into the story because Gill's (boss of SF3) created him as a weapon to protect their secret society. What makes him unique is he can clone the enemy he's fighting and copy his moves for a short period of time. Bringing him back would add a new level of strategy as you could choose from both your own super or your opponents.
Of course, these only include character which we've already seen in the franchise. As Street Fighter V will introduce new characters, it's impossible for us to predict the entire list.
I've personallly wanted Geki to appear in any game since the original Street Fighter game. He's never been a playable character in any game but was a computer character in the original game. He has everything Street Fighter needs and frankly I'm surprised he's never been playable. As a ninja with throwing stars, double hand claws ala Vega as well as being able to teleport, it makes no sense not to let Geki make his debut in Street Fighter V.
No real grapplers have been announced yet for Street Fighter V and E. Honda is a classic with Zangief. His hundred slap has become one of the most widely known moves in the franchise to go along with his sumo head butt. As a grappler and Sumo wrestler, his style is different than many characters and requires a different skill set in order to master. A classic character Edmond (and yes that's his real name) Honda should make a return in Street Fighter V
With Karin Kenzuki announced this week, most of the Street Fighter V character list has been revealed. But since there are still a few missing, we've decided to put together our own list of characters to fill in the blanks. Although 12 of the 16 characters have already been revealed, we made this list before Karin was announced, so we've technically got five.
Blanka was in Street FIghter 2 and it's subsidiaries, Alpha 3 and and the most recent SFIV. A classic character as a monster from Brazil, Blanka can use electrical charges to shock your enemy as well as chomp on your head and propel himself through the air as a projectile. With the new animation focus Capcom is focusing on for Street Fighter V, Blanka would make an excellent addition and help level out the playing field with new and returning characters in the game.
Eagle
Only a computer character in the original game, Eagle uses weapons in the form of eskrimas. He also appeared in Alpha 3 as well but no other versions of the game unfortunately. With his suspenders and tie tucked into his shirt, Eagle makes no bones about beating down people down with either single or double sticks (eskrimas). Eagle is one of those characters that although he hasn't appeared in many Street Fighter games, he was an immediate hit and quickly became a fan favorite.
