We’ll go ahead and say right now that if Sony has as much trouble supplying us with PSPs as Nintendo does Wiis, then a big case of the “boos” on them.
In the same report in which GameStop reported a whopper-sized $7.1 billion in revenue last year, the company states that “the one platform GameStop is anticipating some supply issues with is the PSP.” Sony launched its latest model of the PSP last September and sold around 243,100 last month in the US.
Secret Agent Clank, N+ and Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII should bring a boost to the PSPs library over the summer months, hopefully inspiring Sony to change gears on its production plan and catch up with demand.
