In Santa Luchita, there is a side quest to fetch the ingredients to make the Greatest Enchilada ever. To start the quest, you must go speak to the old lady inside a shop called Isabella's Kitchen, located near the entrance to the village from the forest.
1. The first ingredient the old lady wants you to find is cheese. You get it by speaking to the man shown below, located in the South-east side of Santa Luchita.
2. Return to the old lady and she will ask you to get the second ingredient, beans. You can find the beans by speaking to the girl shown below, near the entrance to the Sierra Morena.
3. Return to the old lady, and she'll have you fetch the third ingredient, chilies. To get the chilies, you have to switch to the undead plane by pressing R and speak to the skeleton standing on a platform in the middle of town near the stairs.
4. Return to the old lady and she'll ask you to get the last ingredient, tortillas. You can get the tortillas from the girl shown below. Return the tortillas to the old lady and you've finished the quest.
