For the Contract: Jenny o' the Woods, you'll have to rid the village of a horrifying wraith. This type of wraith is actually a Nightwraith, which, like the Noonwraith, reveals the time of day it shows up. Also, like the Noonwraith, it is also very weak to Yrden, as well as Samum bombs, which can stun it.
The fight is actually pretty tough, since the Nightwraith does a lot of damage per swing. The key here is patience. First off, you want to use Yrden and make sure you swing at her while she's in it for maximum damage. Don't get greedy though, just swing once or twice and then dodge back out of the way.
During the fight, she'll also split into three, at which point she'll try to suck your life essence and heal herself. Don't let her do this. In fact, she dies in a single hit, so don't waste time and dispose of her as soon as you can. You can see where she splits apart by following the trails of smoke on the ground.
Like I said, pick at her slowly and make sure you dodge her swipes.
