How to defeat the Griffin in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

The second Contract you're going to be picking up is The Beast of White Orchard. For this Contract, you'll have to take down a Griffin, which is seemingly no easy task. After you gather up all the necessary ingredients and clues about the monster you're hunting, you'll need to worry about three more things

Firstly, you'll want to equip the Aard Sign, as that's the Griffin's main weakness. You'll also want to brew up some Thunderbolt potions which will raise your attack damage. Lastly, Vesemir will give you a crossbow which you'll need to use to bring the Griffin down from the sky.

You'll want to use Aard whenever it's recharged to stun the Griffin, and immediately drink the Thunderbolt potion to raise your attack. Then simply dodge the Griffin's swipes.
