Today, Hudson Entertainment finally confirmed a Stateside release of their WiiWare title, Star Soldier R, which will be rated E. Players have three options to choose from to control the action, be it with the Wii Remote, adding a nunchuck, or using the Classic controller.
A tournament-styled version of the shooter, players partake in 2 or 5 minute sessions to see who can rake in the most points by defeating a level and a boss in the former, or two of each in the latter.
“There is a lot of excitement surrounding WiiWare and we are proud that Star Soldier R will be one of the titles available on the platform,” said John Greiner, President and CEO of Hudson Entertainment. “For Hudson, the potential of WiiWare is endless, and gamers can be certain that we will be bringing additional content to WiiWare in the coming months.”
