King Kong Goes Gold

Ubisoft today announced that Peter Jackson’s King Kong, the official game based on the upcoming movie, has officially gone gold for all major gaming systems including the Nintendo GameCube and Microsoft Xbox.

Directed by Michael Ancel, the highly-regarded creative director at Ubisoft, the game aims to re-enact the ideal King Kong gaming experience.

Releasing this coming and busy November 22nd, Peter Jackson’s King Kong is rated T for Teen with a MSRP of $49.99.

The Xbox 360 version of King Kong is also slated to go gold soon, and will release as a launch title for the Xbox 360 on November 22nd as well. Portable versions of the game is also expected to follow thereafter for the Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS, and Sony PSP.
