On the weekend of the 20th/21st of August Amazon.com had put up Nintendogs: Chihuahua for the bargain price of $14.99. The other two versions of Nintendogs, however, remained at $29.99.
Unfortunately, Amazon.com is not honoring the price it quoted, and admits that there was an error. An E-mail was sent to those who had ordered the game at the $14.99 price:

We regret to inform you that an error caused ‘Nintendogs – Chihuahua’ to be displayed at an incorrect price.
In accordance with our posted policies on pricing, we are unable to offer this item for the incorrectly posted price. Therefore, we have cancelled your order for this item.
