I wonder if Sony’s at all bothered that it seems that the 360 seems to have about the same marketshare as PS2 or PS3 in Japan.
For the third week in a row, Microsoft has outsold Sony again on its home turf, continuing to move Xbox 360s at a respectable clip. Nintendo remains undaunted in the console wars, as combined sales of both the 360 and PS3 are well below that of the Wii and account for about a third of Nintendo DS sales. — Kotaku
Somehow, this just seems too good to be true for Microsoft… is this bubble poised to eventually burst? Or are they actually getting a legitimate foothold in Japan?
