Koei Moves To The DS

Koei, best known for their simulation and strategy games such as Dynasty Warriors has usually been one to support Sony platforms with their games. Though now, it seems as though the company is ready to begin projects on Nintendo’s DS handheld, the first of which will be a new title in the Angelique series called Angelique Duet.

This series has never seen the light outside of Japan though as it is one of the infamous “love simulation” games that are quite popular in the land of the rising sun. The series first debuted back in the SNES days and has seen versions on the Sega Saturn and the original Playstation.

The game is scheduled for release in Japan in February of next year, it is unlikely that the game will see a release outside of that country.game
