Konami revealed today that a DS version of Prince of Tennis, simply called Prince of Tennis 2005: Crystal Drive is indeed in the works for the Nintendo DS. With their announcement they provided some in-game screenshots.
As you can see, gameplay will take place on the top screen with character status to be displayed on the bottom screen.
Whether or not this game still come state-side is unknown.
