Electronic Arts announced today that Madden NFL Football 2005 has officially gone gold for the Xbox video game system from Microsoft, the PlayStation 2, the Nintendo GameCube and GameBoy Advance. Production has also begun for the Madden NFL 2005 Collector’s Edition, which will have a one-time, limited production run.
All five console versions of Madden NFL 2005 are shipping August 9 and will be in stores everywhere by August 12. This is the second EA SPORTSâ„¢ title to debut on Xbox Live.
