Microsoft and Nintendo don’t always fight when they get together. On Monday, Microsoft’s Programming Director for Xbox Live, Larry Hryb (aka Major Nelson), went to Nintendo’s Mario Kart DS event at a Seattle-area McDonalds. The event featured Nintendo’s Executive VP of Sales and Marketing, Reggie Fils-Aime.
At the event Major Nelson wasn’t able to play online (under his nickname of “Xbox Live”) due to some technical difficulties. However, Major Nelson did get his Nintendo DS signed by Reggie, and admits that he is a fan of the Nintendo DS and thinks it’s an excellent handheld.
You can check out Major Nelson’s photo with Reggie and a photo of his signed Nintendo DS here.GGGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODDDDDDDDDD
