Mario Bros Site Updated

The official website for the anticipated 2D platformer, NEW Super Mario Bros has been live for some time now, however information or media was largely absent.

That changed today, as the company has officially begun a weekly updated for the page which includes a video showcasing the various special moves available in the forthcoming game.

The site, which can be seen here is slated to be updated every monday from today until May 15th. Why the 15th you ask? The answer is simple, the highly sought-after Nintendo DS title is pegged to launch a week later on the 21st.

The available video highlights new abilities and items of the Mario Brothers such as the Giant Mushroom that transforms them into rather large versions capable of easily traveling a level as well as the mysterious blue shell item amongst others.

In addition to the updated video section, Nintendo has packed the page full of 6 new wallpapers to download in a variety of themes and sizes.

Be sure to check out the page every monday from now until May 15th. The Advanced Media Network will continue to follow the progress of NEW Super Mario Bros as it gears up to its May 21st release date. Stay tuned!
