Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is chock full of surprises. The issue though is that you could easily miss a whole lot of them. For instance, after completing Side Op 51, you don't get an indication to go visit a now unlocked door on the Medical Platform.
What awaits you in there is certainly a surprise, since Ground Zeroes tried its hardest to make you believe a certain someone died in a horrific explosion.
Yep, I'm talking about Paz, the good guy turned bad (turned good again?) who is now just chilling in the medical bay, apparently without her memory and constantly waiting for you to drop by with various pictures to help her remember her past life.
Miller and Paz – This unlocks Paz in the Medical bay. Look for the door with the blue light above it. It's on the third floor, if you take the stairs up from the interior of the platform.
