Modern Warfare Countdown Clock Begun

If there is one thing you can confirm from Activision, it’s going to be a new title from one of their money pumping franchises. If it’s not Tony Hawk, it’s Guitar Hero or something else. Case in point is Modern Warfare, and not only can we expect a new entry in the franchise, we can expect it this year. Case in point is this little count down clock Activision has on this little site. Know what it’s counting down to? That’s right, Game Developers Conference, the very same event Modern Warfare 2 was announced for.

Yeah, I think it’s pretty safe to say that this is an indicator of what’s to come from the Modern Warfare franchise. It’s going to be pretty interesting to see how much Infinity Ward touched this game, as there’s not much left of that shell of a developer. We’re going to find out all the juicy details next week, so keep your anticipation to a gentle simmer. Don’t want you to pop your top.
