You love games, admit it, they're awesome. They help you stay entertained, they offer an escape from the real world, they can take you any where you want to go. Bottom line — games are great.
There's a way to work games into your day to day life without actually having to be plugged in to the game. More subtle ways, like making your entire house pay homage to games…that's subtle right? Trekking around the web I came across tons of items gamers need to have in their inventory and I amassed some of those items into a list.
Trust me, I wear a Skyrim hat at work (proof).
Looking off into the distance in Fallout is deep. What's even deeper is Master Chief looking down into (and at) himself, while a mini him (inside of his own big body) is looking up at him. It's just so deep, you need these posters to show how philosophical you are.
Grab the Halo poster here for $11.00
Grab the Fallout poster here for $20.00
What if someone walked into your house or room and didn't know right off the bat that you loved Zelda games? That's usually how things go, but it doesn't have to be that way. These wall decals will let people know how you feel about the game series. It will shove the Zelda loving into their face.
Grab these decals on the Geekery Made shop for around $35.00.
The unfortunate truth is that we do not have Pokemon in real life. I know, the knowledge of this is simply devastating. We can still pretend though, put an emulator on your smartphone and grab these cases. I mean, that's only if you want to be the best, the very best…like no one ever was.
The AfterImages shop has these cases and more for around $17.99.
Look at them. Look at their cute little squishy faces. The Krieg plush almost makes it look like he's not a psycho that screams about bathing you in blood. Liara, well, it's Liara – need I say more?
The CyberScribe shop has these plushies and more for $20.00.
Dark Souls is awesome, Solaire is awesome. If you don't praise the sun like some kind of weird cultist on the street then you don't love Dark Souls enough. Share the sun praising message with this shirt, don't let Solaire down.
The SinEstetic shop can have you praising the sun for $19.99.
This thing has two controller ports (for classic NES controllers), the ability to plug into a TV and eight hours of gameplay off of one charge. It's amazing, downright amazing and something I need. You need it too.
ThinkGeek has you covered for your (S)NES needs for….(drumroll)…$100.
Arthas wouldn't have been taken seriously if he looked like that in World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King, luckily for him he didn't look anything like this. There are tons of these guys from all different games.
Pop Vinyls! You can buy them at comic book stores, online and, well, anywhere you can find them.
These T-shirts and sweaters don't throw the games into other peoples faces. They aren't screaming "I PLAY SONIC AND GOD OF WAR," they are similar suggesting the fact that you do. Subtle gaming shirts, nice – classy.
Insert Coin Clothing has tons of gaming inspired t-shirts, jackets, accessories and bundles for a range of prices (and they are pretty damn awesome).
The Triforce will light your way to an awesome night.
Grab it at TheBackPackShoppe for $65.00.
Did you know you needed a throw pillow? Well you do and guess what? There are tons of gaming inspired throw pillows all over this shop.
Grab one of these pillows or one of the other hundred video game themed throw pillows for around $20 at RedBubble.
