Need Humanity: Dark Souls playthrough Episode 6 – Lautrec, Bell Gargoyles, & Oswald

The Need Humanity playthrough series looks to introduce newer players to Dark Souls, help them with general mechanics, find items, and help with bosses. I trudge through Lordran, derp around bonfires, and kills some badies in the process.

In the sixth of this series, we head off to a chapel. In said chapel, they discover Lautrec and free him from his personal prison. We climb to the top of the church and say hello to the Bell Gargoyles – they aren’t friendly. I forget to mention that you can cut off the Gargoyles tail to obtain the Gargoyle Halberd, it’s garbage anyways. We ring the first bell of awakening, chat with Oswald, and learn the “come at me bro” emote (Well, what is it?). Probably the best emote. Technical issues occur at the end and I’m forced to stop the run for the evening.

Also featured in this segment is my inability to talk, my inability to down some simple parries, getting the Ring of Favor and Protection, and I talk a spell about white phantoms.
