New Egg Monster Heroes Tidbits

A few details on Square-Enix’s new DS title have been revealed.

Since shown at E3 2004, Square-Enix’s upcoming new DS RPG, Egg Monster Heroes, has been kept under the spot, like all DS information, ever since its very first revealing.

However, a few new details have been unveiled.

  • Exploratory Elements – towns, dungeons, overworlds, etc.
  • “Drag” your allies into battles for a multi-tiered attack.
  • The ability to target different parts of the body a la Eternal Darkness.
  • The lower screen will also be used for the usual maps and items display.

    While much of the game is still not known, with the Tokyo Gaming Show coming up in the next few weeks, expect a huge flow of information on the way.
