New Tekken Details

Tekken Dark Resurrection, is first PSP entry in the series and is based off the latest arcade installment in the series, Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection.

The PSP version of Dark Resurrection will feature over 30 characters, including Dragonuv and Lili, two new characters that were added for the arcade version. The PSP will also be getting stages from the arcade version of the game. The stages will feature climate and time effects as well as new background objects.

Namco is also adding some new additions exclusively for the PSP version. You can now look forward to new game modes, including time attack, practice and mini games. Ad-Hoc wireless play will allow for multi-player bouts. Namco hopes to add new items to the game.

Famitsu is reporting that the game is currently 60% done. We’ll keep you updated as more information becomes available.
