New years, new content

One of the big lures about Xbox Live, aside from the online gaming that is, is the downloadable content. Today, Microsoft Game Studios sent over word that starting in January, Day 1 Studios will be unveiling new downloadable content for MechAssault via Xbox Live. The new content will include an all-new multiplayer map called “Hell’s Kitchen”, a map based on an industrial volcanic world. The map will support all five game types. Following the new map, Microsoft will unveil new BattleMechs (two of which are called Raven and Corvus), new game types including Capture the Flag, and even more multiplayer maps.
