Nintendo sent out an invite to members of the media tonight, inviting them to a private event on Thursday, September 14, 2006.
The invite reads “Nintendo of America personally invites you to experience our upcoming line up with Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime.â€
No other details regarding what the event could be about are disclosed.
Nintendo is expected to give full launch details, including a Wii release date and price point, sometime in September. This event could be for that announcement.
