Other things in 2016 that won’t be pursued by Mitt Romney

During a conference call today former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney told supporters that he wouldn't be pursuing the White House in 2016. His reasoning is that he would like to see other GOP candidates fight the good fight.

We don't cover politics, but we do know one thing – the White House isn't the only thing not being pursued next year. There are plenty of game-related that will be put on the back-burner and forgotten in 2016.

Did someone say Half-Life 3 was available for pre-order? Oh, right. This isn't happening.

Ghostbusters with Bill Murray

He won't do it. No way, no how; but, hey, he might still be CG ghost in the movie (you know, after he's killed off) — even if he shows up as a ghost, it's still not Bill Murray.

The Last Guardian

The last we heard about The Last Guardian was two months ago, when the game creator said that it was "making progress under completely new conditions." I don't know if this was meant to instill hope, but for a game that has been in development since 2007 that is always being worked on…We know the truth – we won't see it in 2016.

Driveclub PS Plus Edition

We didn't forget! We will never forget, even if it has been over three months since we heard anything about the promised PlayStation Plus version that would have been free to PS Plus members and would have been great, but no, apparently they hate us and will never let us have the joy of free racing in Driveclub.

The sixth Game of Thrones book

In 2011 we saw the fifth book, Dance with Dragons, release and it has already been announced that we won't see the sixth book The Winds of Winter this year. They even said that the earliest we would see it would be in 2016. The earliest. That means we won't being seeing it in 2016 or maybe we won't ever see it. Who knows?!
