SCEE President David Reeves revealed today the global hardware sales for the PlayStation family as of the end of 2007. To the surprise of many, the PS3 had finished 2007 with a total of 10.5 million units sold worldwide, since then the system has pushed another 1.5 million units thrusting it to 12 million units worldwide.
Reeves also revealed that the PSP has sold 34 million units and the PS2 has reached 127 million units worldwide.
Reeves stated that Sony plans to reveal up-to-date data information next week when Sony reveals their fiscal information.
