Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Cheats: How to get the Legendary lake guardians Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf

Do you consider patience one of your defining characteristics or are you pretty impatient? Well, the Legendary Lake Guardians will have you testing your patience.

Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf can be found as easily as soaring into a cave, but there are some time consuming requirements.

First off, make sure that you have at least one Pokémon with max Friendship/Happiness. The Lake Guardians are Psychic types, so, watch out for getting max Friendship/Happiness on Dark, Grass and Ghost type Pokémon because they do double the damage to Psychics and you don't want one of the three legendaries dying on you.

Let's say that you have a Pokémon in your party with max Friendship, next up you want to set aside 36 hours to catch these Pokémon. I don't mean you have to wait around on your 3DS for 36 hours straight – I mean that each Lake Guardian can only be caught every 12 hours.

If you have everything ready, you can take to skies and Soar on Latios or Latias near Sootopolis City. There you will see a shining island (a mirage spot), named Nameless Cavern. Inside of the Nameless Cavern you will see a gold ring, interacting with the ring will bring up an action dialogue that asks whether or not you want to stick your hand into the ring – the answer is yes, yes you do. Doing so will bring you into an area to battle one of the three Pokémon (Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf).

After catching the first of the three you will have to wait 12 hours before heading back to this location to catch the second and another 12 hours to catch the third.
