Inside the Los Angeles Convention Center there is a sign spotlighting a DS testing station at Nintendo’s booth where people can check out something called the DSpeak Tech Demo.
It is not yet known what exactly this is, although from the name it is safe to assume this involves the DS microphone. It could be a text-to speech demo. In addition, there is a Mario on the upper screen of a photo of the DS, which could indicate that this could be a demo of how a character will respond to voice commands via the DS microphone.
